You ended up there, but I wanted to start with the question. You know, how did you become so obsessed with Bitcoin?

Well, I remember my friend came over my childhood friend came over to my house and

Spring of 2021 and we made a pact or a vow to each other that we're going to download

Rubinhood to start buying a hundred dollars of nothing crazy just a hundred dollars of stocks every single week together

So we were going to retire early, you know, and hopefully in our 45s and 50s

And then one day I saw this thing that moved

Ridiculously like from $10,000 to like 64,000 dollars and that was Bitcoin and I'm like, what is this?

I've heard about this somewhere and I remember it. I was working in the peteria back when I was like

I saw this in television and I'm like I didn't I wasn't presumptuous to say that's stupid. That's a scam. I was just like

What is that about and I remember just

Forgetting it all about it for like a decade or not a decade fight like half a decade and and then one day

I'm in the Robin Hood and I'm like, you know what?

I'm gonna buy some of this and I'm gonna research a little bit and then unfortunately I got into all that ship coin scams and

I got racked like everybody does, you know, I got racked with thousands of dollars and

Thankfully Bitcoin has made that all up again

And I sold everything for Bitcoin and it's been a wild a really fun adventure because once you find out what Bitcoin is

The love and dedication that you have for it that you just it's never enough information

You have to stop and just ponder and say Bitcoin is amazing. It's finally solving the age old question of the monetary tool

That's been manipulated by parents for thousands of years. Yeah, so how how do you explain that or maybe

How did that click for you this this last part that you said right because I think you know

You can listen to podcasts or you can go online or follow people or just find factual information about like how Bitcoin works

But that doesn't mean you understand why it has a right to exist, you know

And I think that is a question around what what is money? How does that work et cetera?

Just has you in you know in awe and you can't help but be amazed at that the wonders of life in the universe

And it ties into how I got into Bitcoin. I first remembered how I was in my grandfather's kitchen and he was peeling me like a

Like a in that bowl or an orange. I don't remember and I'm like

Grandpa because I heard there was a funeral of my family. I was a grandpa

Am I gonna die one day and he's like?

Yeah, but that's okay, you know, we're gonna live a long life and then one day we finally returned to God

And so I remember just having that moment of like, oh my God

I'm gonna die one day and then after that, you know as a kid you keep thinking about these things and they click in your head that

You know, this is life and what the what the world around you is and I remember you thinking

You know if we keep burying people and burial grounds

theoretically one thing we're gonna run out of burial ground space, right?

Because you know more people are gonna be bored more people than that and then I remember just going into like a

Deepings idea about that and then the thing that ties into Bitcoin is that one day

I remember using a paper note to buy some candy to store and I remember being like

Who makes these? You know can't I make them? You know can I just make them and just use my own money and

I remember the non-explanation it got from from family members. They were like, oh, you know that central bank

Central banks issue it and they know what to do and it's usually backed by gold

I'm like, oh, okay, so it's backed by gold and then come to find out and you don't think about these things

You know in your teenage years and your 20s even though you're hustling you're working hard

You're living paycheck to paycheck. You gotta pay your rent. You gotta if you don't pay your rent

You're gonna kick you up, right? If you don't pay your electric bill, you're gonna turn off your electricity

If you don't pay your water bill, so on and so forth and so

You have to struggle so much to work for this piece of paper that somebody else gets to print

That's where Bitcoin got me and I'm like wait a minute

You cannot have a Bitcoin. You cannot print a Bitcoin. You cannot make a Bitcoin unless you work for it or

Somebody willingly gives it to you or you mind it and you have

All my life in that sense like I've been I've been

About what this thing is that I base a lot of decisions on on in my life

At least that was that for me where I just realized okay, so I'm I think I'm making choices

But they're constantly influenced by this third party that doesn't really care about my individual choices that I think are

Important for my life, right? So yeah, how did you approach that kind of like like challenging your previous beliefs or

Dealing with the fact that you found

new information and and had to change your understanding and then compare that to the fact that you might have not had

Well for me it was it was you know, I've always been in search of truth

You know, and I came to I came to the very religious part of my life in my teenage years and I got a little bit way too much into religion

And they got like very devout Christian and I went down a rabbit hole that it's ironically just takes you to more questions

And it the more you dig and more questions you have but anyways

For Bitcoin is nice because every answer that you get it satisfy you and then you ask more questions

And it continues to satisfy because Bitcoin is truth. It's the immutable truth in in a ledger in cyberspace

There is no occult. There's nothing hidden. Everything is then transparently. So for me coming to that truth is

It was very easy for me because I wasn't stubborn. I'm if I'm the type of person where you tell me

Because this guy's blue. I'm like, okay

That makes sense and then you know, I if if it's something that I don't believe at face value

You know, and you shouldn't believe everything that people tell you at face value and you should always ask questions and ponder but

You know, I try to do some research and find out what it is for myself and I've formed my own opinions for Bitcoin

It was easy because all that information is open out there

What is Bitcoin and start exploring different people explaining, you know, different experts and different people from the Bitcoin space explaining what Bitcoin is

What it does, you know, why it's a thing why it was the you know engineered by

I think it's a discovery of digital scarcity

They have an expiration date and they tie it to your social credit score

So if you don't do exactly as their government says the way they want you to do things

You lose that money they can just take it from your other thing there and you may say well, what am I law-abundance citizen until

You do something that they don't like

Maybe your Christian, maybe your Jewish, maybe your Muslim and everyone should have access to a salad monetary tool

Just like everyone should have access to a car. It doesn't matter what you believe in the color your skin your ethnicity your language

Every human it's the human right you should have access to tools that tools that you can use to better your life and

Feed your children and you know work and work efficiently and build a shelter for your children and family

And no one can should take should be able to take that away from you

But the central bankers again, you know, I call them the central banksters because they're like gangster to your mafia

You know, they're all interconnected through worldwide and it's not just one specific group of people

It's there for many walks of life. It's just an institution itself. It's like an entity for example the other day you saw

It's a private entity and they do not have any reserves. They don't have any gold
